When cooked the rice is very soft and sweet with a pineapple flavor, which is especially appealing. The rice is fragranced, so it cooks in less water, the rice is still soft after cooling.

Description
Viet Nam Long Grain Fragrant Rice ST24 has a small, white, long and light aroma. The quality and taste are superior to other aromatic rice types, and the nutrient content is extremely high. When cooked, the rice is soft and fragrant with pandan leaves. The unique thing about ST24 Rice is that the more it cools, the better it is. Description
Japonica Round Rice, also known as Sushi Rice or Japanese Rice, is a high-quality, short-grain rice that originated in Japan. The rice has a round, pearly white, smooth, delicate, and less broken appearance. BLACK RICE
Description
Black Rice has a black coloured bran layer due to its unique anthocyanin combination and these anthocyanins cause black rice to turn into a deep purple colour when cooked. Anthocyanin is the same anti-oxidant that gives eggplants, and blueberries its deep purple. PURPLE RICE
