Unwashed vs Wet Polished Coffee bean

- Wet Polished: The coffee cherries undergo a partial washing process after the pulp is removed. The beans are then polished to remove the remaining fruit mucilage. This results in a cleaner cup profile with brighter acidity and a crisper finish compared to unwashed.
Bean Size: Screen
The "screen" number refers to the size of the coffee bean. It's a measurement of the sieve size through which the bean can pass. A higher screen number indicates a smaller bean size.
- Smaller beans (higher screen number, e.g., Screen 13): Often associated with more complex flavors and higher density.
- Larger beans (lower screen number, e.g., Screen 16): Typically produce a smoother, more balanced cup.
